The Lindy 500 is Riverdale’s annual end of the year celebration of creativity, engineering, and the long-odds belief that all projects are possible. Students from 5th grade to high school, staff, and faculty form teams to build and race their dream machines. Along the way they employ math, physics and engineering principles, learn a variety of skills, and generally have a blast.
